  • picking up the students where they are/understand individual requirements in terms of personality, learning style, the goal they want to achieve 

  • encouraging the student and create a safe space for thinking/asking open questions to facilitate creative thinking 

  • having a pragmatic approach to difficult subjects/topics - everything can be learned with the right approach/a bit of patience!
