7+ and 8+
 

With competition for places at the top prep and junior schools in the country heating up, the entrance examinations at 7+ and 8+ are becoming ever more competitive.

While it is not fair or even productive to over-tutor students at that age, spending some time consolidating the English and Maths syllabuses under the wing of an experienced and patient tutor can be exactly what a child needs to make the difference in these entrance tests. 

We believe there is no substitute for teachers with experience teaching Year 2 and 3 in schools - teaching students of this age is a specialist skill and the knowledge and understanding gained from regular teaching of children between the ages of 6 and 8 is unparalleled when preparing students for these exams.
