Teaching experience:

I have over 750 hours of experience tutoring French, English, and Philosophy across GCSE and A-level as well as providing university application support for UK and international students to British and American universities. I have tutored undergraduates at LSE and Harvard and have experience tutoring both philosophy and theology for the John Locke Essay Competition, in which both students were recognised as finalists. I have also completed more intensive tutoring with a co-founder of one of Europe's largest food companies to improve her business English.

Teaching style & philosophy:

I believe that tuition should encourage students to speak up and ask plenty of questions in an 'understanding' phase, promoting their ability to explain concepts in their own words before moving towards an 'application' phase. This is a broad guiding principle that is subject to flexibility on a case-by-case basis.

Additional information:

I am a keen sportsman that played rugby and football for the university. I am based in London and willing to teach online and in-person.
