Teaching style and philosophy

I have been a professional tutor for over five years, with extensive experience supporting tutees through their pre-tests, 11+ and 13+ exams for some of the country’s most selective schools, and helping students to achieve their best results at GCSE, A Level and university entrance. I focus on the specific needs and ambitions of each student, helping students to reach their educational goals and inspiring new ones. Through an organised, enthusiastic and patient approach, I aim to foster confidence and a love of learning, supporting students through every step of their education.

Additional information

I enjoy reading, cooking, and going to car boot sales. I follow foreign affairs, and when I can escape to Cornwall to surf! I’m an aspiring writer, and whilst at university I edited the student newspaper, managing a team of eighteen editors and writing a weekly books column. I also captained the university cricket team.

I am currently based in South London, but teach across London.
