Charles Milne

Charles is the former Head of Admissions at Eton College, having previously been a housemaster there for 15 years as Head of Durnford House. Charles went to school and university in Sydney, before pursuing a postgraduate degree at Oxford University. He spent three years as a Research Lecturer at Christ Church College, Oxford, before moving into the teaching profession in 1980. He taught French and English at Eton for 20 years before moving into Durnford House as Housemaster. Charles has been a huge and central part of the Eton Old Boy network, and is passionate about theatre, having written and directed several plays whilst at Eton.
